We are both experienced and professionally trained to teach Polish as a foreign language. 

Kasia’s background is in German and Polish philology. She studied at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She also completed a postgraduate programme in teaching Polish as a foreign language there. For the past 7 years Kasia’s been teaching Polish at 2 Belgian universities: Ghent University and KU Leuven. Kasia has also been teaching Polish to bilingual (Flemish-Polish) children at EduGandawa school in Ghent. Kasia speaks Polish, English, German and Dutch.

Sandra’s background is in Polish philology. She completed two master programmes at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland: comparative literature and teaching Polish as a foreign language. For the past 8 years she’s been teaching Polish both in Poland (Uniwersytet Jagielloński, Cracow; language schools, companies and private customers in Wrocław) and in Belgium at KU Leuven university. Currently she’s pursuing a PhD in teaching Polish as a foreign language at KU Leuven. Sandra speaks Polish, English and Italian.

Not at all, you can start learning Polish with us from scratch! We teach all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced. 

You’ll only need a device with good Internet connection and Skype installed on it. As long as your device supports video chat, you’re good to go. For interactive exercises we recommend using a laptop / computer.
Also, don’t forget a dose of curiosity and a pinch of spirit of adventure!

If you buy a package of 10 classes, one class comes for free, so instead of paying £250, you’ll pay £225. You can book your package here.

You can book your class here. After selecting the type of class you’re interested in, you will be redirected to a page with a calendar showing our availability. There you’ll be able to choose your preferred day and time. After you have completed the reservation, you’ll be redirected to our payment website. After we received your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail for your booking with all instructions for your class (we review all our bookings manually, so no worries if the confirmation doesn’t arrive immediately).
The payments are operated by PayPal, so you can either pay with your own PayPal account, or by using your credit card (no PayPal account required).

Of course. You can cancel a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full reimbursement (minus PayPal fees). In case you cancel the class less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you’ll be charged the full price.

You can cancel your class by letting us know via the contact form or via our e-mail address on the contact page.

If you can’t show up for the class, but you don’t want to cancel it, don’t worry, you can reschedule it! To do this, just contact us via e-mail at least 24 hours before and together we’ll find the solution that’s best for you.
